Pro Maintainer can now be upgraded directly out of the application.  Go to Administration -> Advanced Utilities & click the "Upgrade Files by Internet" button.

A user needs a Username & Password to login & these are obtained from CanaTech Consulting or your supplier.

The two upgrade files are called "PM Pro WEB Upgrade" & "PM Pro Web Workstation Upgrade"   Depending on your setup, you might need both.

1.backup all current data (files with extension .dbf, .fpt &  COMPLOGO.BMP file).  Note/write down the drive & directory name that PM Pro WEB was installed in.

2.download the Upgrade file or files.

3.If PM Pro WEB was initially installed in "PM Pro WEB" then run
PM Pro WEB Upgrade .exe & click NEXT until the process is complete.

4.Start PM Pro WEB & check that the release date on the Opening Screen reads the NEW release date.
  If that is not the case then the upgrade was NOT installed in the correct directory.

5.If using a network, you will need to download & install
PM Pro Web Workstation Upgrade.exe & REFRESH the Shadow Database.  See Online Help or the printed User Manual for more details on this process.
