When PM Pro WEB is purchased, the price includes "90 days" of FREE telephone support to handle any startup problems. .
After this period, Annual Support is offered. The support package includes telephone support for the coming year & FREE, new releases for the year. Thus, a user is ALWAYS assurred of running the latest release at NO cost.
PM Pro WEB is NOT sold without on-going support. This costs a LOW US$25 per month!!!!
Ways to get PM Pro WEB Upgrades:
1.By the Internet - the best way to receive PM Pro WEB upgrades is via a high-speed Internet connection. This method is fast & cost effective.
You need to obtain a login name & password from CanaTech so in the future you are able to download the latest releases as they are offered.
2.By Courier or Post - an alternate method is to obtain a CD disk via courier or regular mail but much slower.
