1.Can I run PRO MAINTAINER™ on a network? Yes, the basic package can handle 10 concurrent users at one time. An extension for more concurrent users is also available. 2.Can I access PRO MAINTAINER™' data on the Web (Internet)? Yes, it is WEB-ready. 3.What do I need to run PRO MAINTAINER™ on the Internet? You will require the Web Server application from Alpha5 (current price about US $ 650) plus a DSL Internet connection with static IP Address. 4.What are the computer hardware & software requirements? Any PC that runs on Windows: 2000 / ME / NT / XP or VISTA 5.How much hard drive space will I need for the program and data files? The program requires about 45MB. The size of data depends on the number of years PRO MAINTAINER™ has been used. As an example, after 20 years a large industrial plant has approximately 35 MB of data including historical, archive files. 6.Is support available? Yes, the Annual Support fee is US $ 375 per year. 7.What does Annual Support include? It includes telephone support plus all program updates and new releases during the year. 8.Is onsite training available? And the cost? Yes, from an experienced Plant Engineer at US $ 675 per day plus travel expenses. 9.Are custom changes to the base package available? Yes, depending on the amount required. They are evaluated case by case and quoted individually. |
